Being Selected means TOAST & OAK has been reviewed by Michelin's inspectors and included in the Guide as a restaurant worth seeking out, a mark of quality that sits alongside the Guide's starred restaurants, recognising cooking that meets a genuinely high standard, even before a Star is awarded.
