Star Wine List is an international competition that celebrates the world's best wine lists, judged not on scale or cellar value, but on curation, how thoughtfully a list is built, how well it reflects a restaurant's food and philosophy, and how genuinely it invites a guest to explore. Restaurants and bars are assessed across dozens of countries, with Stars awarded to lists that stand out globally, and in specific categories.
A Silver Star places a wine list among the best in its category worldwide. It's not a participation mark, it means the judging panel considers the list genuinely exceptional, both in what it offers and in the story it tells.
TOAST & OAK was awarded three Silver Stars in the 2026 awards: Best Medium-Sized List, Best By-the-Glass List, and Best Italian Wine List. Three separate recognitions of the same belief that shapes everything we pour, that wine should be a journey, not an intimidation, and that a great list is one guests actually want to explore.
